Vaughan Veterinary Clinic was founded by Dr. Branwen Vaughan DVM, a graduate of the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and one of the most respected equine practitioners in Mane & Tale. Specialising in performance horses and sport injuries, Dr. Vaughan brings a level of precision and dedication to her work that her clients have come to rely on — and her patients have come to trust.
The clinic offers a full range of equine veterinary services alongside a carefully curated shop of supplements, medications, and care products. Everything stocked here has been personally reviewed and approved by Dr. Vaughan. If it is on the shelf, she believes in it.
Branwen Vaughan did not come to veterinary medicine looking for an easy career. She came to it because she could not imagine doing anything else.
A graduate of UC Davis — one of the top veterinary programs in the world — she specialises in equine performance medicine and sport injuries. She is methodical, precise, and holds herself to a standard that most would find exhausting. When a horse in her care does not recover as expected, she takes it personally. Always has.
Her sister Rhianon runs Willow Tree Ltd next door and will tell you, with some affection, that Branwen has never once left the clinic on time.
